'Starting this thread to get an idea of who's coming May 19th and 20th.  We've got some promising leads on a conference room at a hotel, and things are slowly in motion.  I just talked to Thom and he wanted a head count, so I'm posting this list.  If you are on the list, and can't make it, chime in, and I'll remove it.  If you are bringing guests, or I've left anyone out, chime in, and I'll add you.  NOTE: young players with a paying adult are free admission!!

Looks like the Holiday Inn, rooms being $119 a night.  With twenty people, the conference rooms should run under $30 for each person, for the WHOLE CON.  Respond to the thread, I'll update accordingly.  I hope I haven't left anyone out, but I'm not the swiftest cat, even on a good day.

Gotcha.

  I should have the Cartel army beefed up and ready to perform some interdiction missions.  6-1-0 and counting...  No worries about the machine- they stay oiled up and maintained.

You are a kid, Jeff (kidder); we're checkin' ID at the door.  Thought I'd throw that out there as I know Bryon's son might enjoy the day and I'll see if my nephew wants to come get a game in.  If you have nieces/nephews, kids, whatever, I thought free admission FOR THEM was the order of the day.

If I can manage to fit the armies in my carry on (wonder if it is legal) I'll bring them.  Otherwise I may have to borrow.

Sons of Kronos and Semai are what I have available.  I have some Stygian too but they're not all painted sadly.  What is the largest army I should bring?  800?  1000?  1200?

Whatever you bring is fine.  No one is enforcing any painting.  Bring what makes you happy.  I don't know about the carry on situation.  If someone knows from experience, chime in.  I'm sure local people will be happy to loan you some models for this event.  I'm trying to bring the kitchen sink out for this event.

unfortunately, the Ohio contingent is sad to announce that we will not be able to attend for various reasons, my own being my 2 little demons (sons) that I only get to see in the evenings and on weekends because of sometimes odd work schedules...

sounds like it's going to be a blast though...
