moral and the undead
« on: August 02, 2006, 05:15:43 AM »
I understand the undead /necroorganic are not effect by moral issues
but their squad leader is effected by moral.

How is this handle
a. not  a issue, The squad isnt effect so the leader isnt.
b. squad isnt efect but the leader is . Running away leaving the squad behind. And if this is the case do the undead have to fellow the leader if he runs off.
c. everything is kool untill the last undead trooper drops and then leader is effected by moral.

I just want to make sure I handle this right when I play my dark legion.

Hmmm... I say kill the leader first to save you the hassle.  The least thing I could do for my opponent and to move the game along.   ;D

Don't ferget, for you Undead players out there, models in base to base contact break LOS to models behind them.

make sure to arrange your UL's appropriately.

The Necromutant (or squad leader if it is still susecptable to morale issues)  is still subject to morale issues.

Yes, he still has to test after he's lost half his zombie squad.

the UL's don't really care one way or the other,  it can't get much worse for them.

so The necromutant suffers from panic/broken but the UL dont
now the UL can move towards the unit that caused the panic/broken but the mutant cant

I'm guessing also that if the necromutant is forced to flee the UL most go with him ot is becuase they dont care they stay behind?

Zombies are immune to all effects of morale.  They are still restricted to all the limits of command distance and squad coherency though.
