AA guns

Can AA guns be used against non-aerial targets?
For example the AA guns mounted on the Bauhaus Grizzly...

I'm no military expert but my understanding is that they are designed to be pointed upwards.  I don't think the mechanisms allow it to be leveled enough to shoot straight ahead.

honestly, it's completly up to the group.
AA guns shoot where they're pointed and it's entirely up to design.  the big quad mounts irl generally point up, but several large pieces (flak 88) work just as well pointed at the ground as they do the sky.

ask your group, since it was never officailly included in UWZ (or even 2cd as far as I recall) it is entirely up to your group.

We've all seen Saving Private Ryan where near the end of the film when they are defending the village they come under fire from what is essentially an anti-aircraft gun hence the mess it makes of one of the US soldiers on the tank.

And as PFC Joe said 88's were used as anti-aircraft and anti-tank and support for troops

Are there even any weapons designated as AA?  I don't remember that being an option but I haven't spent as much time in the rulebook as I should.
VeezCon products:  Not as good as if they had been actually produced by a real figure company, but better than using your shoe to proxy with...sort of!
