See page 102. It covers what it means to be infused with Dusk Realm Energies, Unlife Energies, and Bludgeoning weapons does. In this case it means the sword gives its wielder +1 CC when used against Elementals.

It’s been a while, but the unlike energy does have a modifier CC?  Damage? against elemental sand maybe even blessed creatures like the dwarf totems.
