Cauldron Born mini not delivered after 6 months

Hi guys, can anyone here help me with getting in touch with people from the Cauldron Born miniatures? I have ordered a cybetronic guy about 6 months ago but still dont have it :( There was probably some glitch and about two months ago I got an e-mail saying that the problem will be fixed, but since then, no miniature, no answer.....

We are looking into this.  We've had problems with mail in Czech Republic.  Packages have come back broken open.  We may has to send packages insured.  You will get yours, I can assure you, but we're confused by this.

I am confused too Josh, I have never had a problem with mail from the US of A (even with much larger packages). Please feel free to charge me whatever costs necessary to send the package insured.
