Collect A Void 1.1 Force For £10 a Month Challenge!
« on: November 21, 2011, 05:15:55 PM »
Hi!

I've started a new project over on my blog attempting to collect and paint a force for Void 1.1 for the princely sum of £10 a month and am looking for other folks who might be interested in taking up the challenge!

Here's a link to my blog:

http://leutenantbrittan.blogspot.com/

As void was created by the same folks who designed Warzone I thought I'd mention it here! If you want to take up the challenge feel free to use Warzone figures! Ive had a fair few folk interested this far and think it could be a fun little project for folks who want to collect a force slowly and actually paint them. It's also an excuse to rummage your lead mountains for stuff that might be suitable!

Several folks have already got a fair number of miniatures that have sat unloved for years and this is an excuse to finally get them painted!

If you are interested please feel free to reply to me here or over on my blog!

All the best!

I was keen to paint up some Koralon a while back, but I could not find a cheap box of Tactical Aractons.

Now I think I should finish my Stygian first.

I think I have a bunch of those Araktons.  Enough to paint a bunch and part with some.  Let me know if you need any.
May the Dark Lords of Lead-Free Pewter smile kindly upon you.

I think I still have a bunch of Void minis lying around somewhere. Junkers and Koralon mostly. If I can find them I'd be happy to send them to a home where they will be played.

We have been collecting VOID miniatures for a while now and use them in our Warzone armies so found this interesting.

I tried to go to the website above but it is gone, is this a dead issue now?

Sorry, late to the party  :)

Void got superseded by the Urban War ruleset when I-kore became Urban Mammoth. Their website is now www.urbanmammoth.com . I really like the Viridian Marines resculpts (now wearing full fatigues and body armour with goggled masks). They are generic enough to be slotted into any near-future or hard SF skirmish game.

Urban War can be classed as a squad skirmish game, roughly played at around 300 points which allows around 8 to 12 figures.
