Has anyone compiled a printable index for the UWZ book?  If not - can we make it a group effort?  :)

I have a Table of Contents, and am working on an index.  Did not realize that there was other interest.  I will speed up the project.

I'll abstain from rooting for either team in the WS, thank you very much.  What's the payroll for the Yanks, $208 million?  The Phillies are at $111 million.  Comparatively speaking, I should root for the "little guy", as their payroll is only $39 million more than my hapless (and hopeless) Royals.  I can't do it.  I honestly think MLB is broken and needs to go through a strike like hockey did to make it an equitable sport.
