Suggestion: Add the grahphic I am using as my avatar as one of the Cyber choices.  The green c and heartbeat on the black background would be my first choice for most of my figures.   On a clear or white background, not as much impact.

I could paint on a black background, but a decal would let me dispense with that.

O.K. I had removed the Cyber black back ground because I thought it would be preferable but it does have more of an impact. What I can do is have half and half. What do you think about that?

I´d be in for Bauhaus!

And still suggestions incoming:

What about ranks/epaulettes for the troopers of all kinds; stripes and stars an such.

Since bauhaus is a bit ...hmm how to say...germanish here´s a link to the ranks http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dienstgrade_in_der_Bundeswehr
Some digits are always nice.

What I don´t know is how it would work with the copyrights, but in the old Chronicles or the Books should be tons of possible pics to use...

have a look at mutantpedia: http://www.mutantpedia.com/eng/Warzone.html

Warlord,

Half and half would be fine.   There are probably some applications where no background is superior.

Let us know as the project progresses.

Lopis:

Well if you could suggest a couple, then we could have them added to the sheet but I would say A Sgt. symbol is the one I would do because of the numbers - most would be using - for example the box set with all the plastics. I did put on on their for the Capitol Sgt because I have a bunch of guys that could use them.

Maybe you could make a couple and send them over to me so I can get them to the guy to put on the sheet? say a Sgt. symbol and one more?

MadBrad

I think that is the way we are goig to go, My son plays Cybers and was saying he really like boths but would not know unitl he sees them on the models. I think your point is well placed as both would offer advantages depending on the paint job. We paint ours a blue/grey but I have seen others who paint theirs Dark blue and so on.

Keep it comming guys, the suggestions are great si far.

O.K. Lopus and the rest of you Bauhaus fans, how about somthing like this:

Left to right - top to bottom...

Sergeant Major Superior - Sergeant Major - Sergeant - 2nd Lt. - 1st Lt

What do you think?

Thunbs up and upper ;-)

Good work !

And I see your point with not needing as many ranks. Basically what´s usable can be broken down to pretty few ones:

maybe a corporal
Seargeant (major)
Captain
Major
and maybe something for a Kommandant

Sadly to say I´m pretty bad at inventing such things and doing some graphics for it.... I´m very bad in any program working with graphics...
So few possibilities to contribute....But I can do a description:

With "three" stars (including the Bauhaus symbol) the 1st Lt you have would make a great Cpt. (I´d make the stars in silver)
What you got for 2nd Lt with the airforce-wings qualifies for a good Major if you swap the wings for oak leaves or such ( doing it again in silver)
--> Same thing in gold for anything whats more than a major
Seargeant Major is great as it is
For a Corporal just two bars from down left to upper right ( --> maybe like this : // )

Next things for unit distinctions could be rhombi, rectangles, triangles and such in different for the coherency of squads or greater units.
Last but not least it would be good to do them in numbers, keeping in mind that every squad has at least 4 members and a seargeant and a possible linked officer...
a sheet for 4 squads would be best I think... including enough ranks and distinctables.

e-mail goes out with some extra suggestions for decals.

Those look really great. Nice work!
Always look out for number one, but don't step in number two.
What do you mean Flash Gordon approaching? OPEN FIRE!
The entire Capitol Army.
Don't ever say anything but a 20 before rolling the dice.

What do you think?

Thrice the creativeness I showed with my designs!  Awesome work.  I think that the insignia are well thought out and are, truly, indicative of the ranks.  Nice job; Karma to you!
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

Thanks guys, I think the sets can include 1of eachof the officier decals and maybe 2-3 of the NCOs.

Capitol already has some made so I guess we will need some for imperial and Mishima.  :)

Dear Warlord
Could you please place a bigger image of the Imperial decals. They are too small.

How big would you suggest? right now they are 4-5mm.

The file I sent you contained the pics for Imperial if I remember it right.

So only Mishima to go?
Or weren´t the sent ones useable?

Sadly to say I have no idea how to do the ones of Mishima. Don´t have even a clue where to begin....
