Woof.  I've no idea what the art is supposed to look like, but those proxies would look cool on any table I play on.  Good find.

I've seen others use the K-9 Troops from StarShip Troopers . the dogs from 40k, and just about any other dog fig they could find.

Couple of Necromunda Enforcer Iron Mastiffs on Ebay - but current bid (as of last night) was approx 6 bucks each.
