Believe it or not, this is its second go around.  Nobody nibbled last time.  $10 shipping.  Wow.

Didn't see that.  Before bidding, might send the seller an e-mail asking if they have ever heard of Media Mail, and if they will adjust shipping.

Still $16 for the rulebook is not a terrible deal.
