It is possible to use SA Deadshot with a LMG, SMG or HMG?

Yes. The Deadshot SA does not list any restrictions on the type of firearm.

The only Ranged Combat attacks that Deadshot does not work with are template attacks.

yes...that's what makes things like Capitol Assault Marines or Imperial Trenchers absolutely devastating...
