Squad buildup question

And not to belabor the point, but I don't think there are any elite units with an option for more than 8 troops.  So the biggest elite squad you could ever have is 8 troops + sergeant + 3 specialists.  Are there any exceptions to this?

More like this:

up to 7 Troopers: make take one Specialist
8 - 11 Troopers: make take up to two Specialists
12-15 Troopers: may take up to three Specilists

Hope that clears it up, further.

actually....
1-3    = no specialist
4-7    = 1
8-11  = 2
12-15 = 3

and elites are:
1-2 = no specialist
3-5 = 1
6-8 = 2
9-11 = 3

Yes, there are Elite squads whose minimum size is less than 4, but not grunts.  Therefore, you've remumerated my example, but haven't changed it.

Actually... there ARE grunt squads whose minimum size is less than 4...  (cybertronic enhanced chaucers.. they dont have a spec, but still, and kadevers.. and they DO have a spec..), and there are elites whose size goes to 10 (BH 1st directorate, mistake maybe??)

Probably not a mistake, but they still can only have three specialists since their number won't meet the 12 mark to get 4.  So es machts nicht mein Fruend!
