Veez's Semi-ultimate Trading Wish List
« on: October 26, 2008, 03:46:38 PM »
Right now I need:
3 Mishima HMGs (the weapon, not the trooper)
1 Templar with Void Cannon (original sculpt).

That is all.
VeezCon products:  Not as good as if they had been actually produced by a real figure company, but better than using your shoe to proxy with...sort of!

I've use dental material for Hirst Molds never for minis - it's pretty hard stuff but the mix proportions areessential and small bits tend to break off easily

I have a Templar Void Cannon Spec but I am afraid it is not the original sculpt. This one has the product code # 1222. If there is someone out there who doesn't care what sculpt they have you can get this one to trade to them for the sculpt you want. I also have a Void Cannon weapon bit if you want to do some conversion magic.

I might have some Mishi HMGs in my bits box. Let me look later.

Veez, if it's a 3 barrel underslung HMG like I beleive it is, then I do have three of them. PM me your address and I will send them to you. Can't help you with the void cannon spec though. Truthfully I think it's a horrible looking figure, can't you use the later sculpt instead?

The triple barrel machine gun could belong to eithre Mishima or Cybertronic. IIRC correctly the position of the barrels was a way to diferentiate between the two. If you have a chassuer and a ronin samurai HMG spec then you can tell. The other way to tell is that the Windrider (Mishima HMG) had a top handle and the Cybertronic HMG had the unique Cybertronic enclosed grip under the weapon.

Dragonfire, not windrider- the Windrider was the SMG.

ok, second try..

=> edge-softness remains, but (even though the photo does not look very good) it is usable i think..

seperation spray resolved the issue with easy breaking mold, but may be part of the edge-softness issue.
also, the scrubby surface is a result of the spray, i think.. i saw this with my (long ago) attila try.

==> if you want them tell me

I hate to say this but I think I'll take my chances with a pewter sculpt.

That said, once you figure this new system out, you can go back in to Ronin Battlewalker (and soon Cancer HMG) production.  I imagine this will be lucrative for you!

Thank you Jase for the gift of the HMGs.  Hopefully in a couple weeks I can reveal what your kindness has gone to help produce.

the void is not as bad as it looks on the pic abough, but worse than the results of the silicone-method, i am forced to admit..
what a shame, as itīs really a quick thing with the alginat..

a pic of the next cast, i think it shows that it is not _that_ awfull..

well, no.. i donīt have many players here, and no one else plays cybertronic or mishima..
that said, if anyone on the forum wantīs some, pm me (but be patient, i am not stocked to make new molds)

p.p.s
the third cast is ok & better than the fist as well.
i think with dentist stuff 1+ h of wait is nessesary, as the molds seem to be more "dry" and looses less water.
in some future i will test this thesis.
