Well I had sent a message off to the webmaster to let him know I was having problems placing an online order
and he was going to look into it - so, in the meanwhile, is it possible to place a telephone order at this time ?

Did you get the postal code error ?

Funny part was I finally got my older stuff sorted (mostly) and after taking stock  - this after multiple years
of non-play - get ready to order, and it craps out :D

It's a little late to call now, though given the strange hours that they work they might still be in.  Give em a shot first thing in the morning.

Hello,

Looked into error, seemed to be a missing field in the shipping area of our store setup. Odd glitch given we have not changed anything since the store was set up.
I just placed an order with out a problem. please try again.

Just tried again same error message - here is a copy & paste of it.

Error

Realtime shipping rates cannot be calculated as there is a missing postal code in the store setup

BTW, I noticed that as of now we cannot change any information in our registration information
on the website, so not sure if perhaps I put something erroneous in it.

Yes, I get the same error message Lef.

It may not be an error on your part. I have placed several orders through the online store previously, and all have been flawless. I noticed this error message when attempting an order yesterday.

OK, after chatting with the host reps about the issue it turns out that our store zip and address were missing from the site set up. For some reason the data was lost or removed during backup. This should take care of the error since the realtime shipping requires the store zip to calculate accurate shipping charges.
