Impenetrability

Based on rule book and FAQ, it is still not clear to me. 

My questions are:
1. All ballistic weapon is ineffective against Impenetrability or just those with dam less than 12?
2. If a weapon has other attribute such as rending or concussive, will it hurt Impenetrability?
3. Is Impenetrability takes no damage from anything that is less than 12?

Page 75: Impenetrability

Q: Are impenetrable targets immune to all non-AV attacks?

A: No. They are immune to all natural attacks of damage 12 or less that are not AV rated. The last sentence should have said they are “completely immune to non-AV natural attacks that do 12 or less points of damage.”

Right from the FAQ.

What would happen if the damage is reduced to below 12? does Impenetrability still applies here?  Lets say a very powerful grenade targeted an Impenetrability model.  Unfortunately it failed to hit and reduces the damage to below 12 (let's say 11).  Does the model with Impenetrability takes damage? or not?

erm.. you missed a part.

only "natural" attacks,  Ie dogs and ninja punches,  are ignored.  All other attacks (ballistic, rending ,concussive) act as normal.
