15mm Napoleonic figures are probably the most common scale in the US for the era.  I like 15's, because they are a good trade off for massive #s of figures on the board, but not so small - say like 6mm - that you cannot really see the paint job.   

I have seen quite a few companies in England selling 6mm, so the European games may like the smaller scale. 

Be sure to advertise you trade over at Bartertown and Theminiaturespage if you have not already done so.   Both boards have been a good source of trading partners for me on some of my Chronopia stuff as well.

I have a bud that does 10mm Nap, but not 15.  Too bad, that!  I like the 10mm stuff.  It's cheap and you can field a lot without using half your garage for storage.
