I have been working on this awhile now and thought I would share some of my progress. I am breaking Chaos down factions and including a base cult list similiar t the DL list. I have the Cult complete but though I would share just the Assault Marines for now. Included is a Plasmam fumble table that harkoned back the days of 2nd Ed. 40k. So give it a read over and tell me what you think.
The lack of points is because I don't have the Formula down yet.

Plasma Fumble
If a natural 1 or Fumble is rolled when firing any plasma weapon roll a D20 and consult the table
1-6 Ammo Depleted. This shot and any subsequent shots are wasted. Next activation the weapons ammo is replenished
7-12 Emergency Venting. The wielder of the weapon takes a DM 7 hit.
13-18 Plasma Reflux. The wielder of the weapon takes a DM 13 hit and the ammo is depleted. Next activation the weapons ammo is replenished
19-20 DENTONATION! Place the small blast template over the model with the plasma weapon. All models under the template take a DM 10 hit, then remove the model wielding the plasma weapon.
