That is a classic Mutant Chronicles figure.  Back in 1st ed you could have made it custom to whatever but for now it works as a Neph of Algeroth.

Size wise, what's the comparison between the MC figure to the Warzone Nepharite of Algeroth?

It's a bit smaller.  Think of it as a Jr. Nepharite.  Of course it is still bigger than your average trooper.
