FCM.  Those titles were never released.  However, Thom (all hail PRIME) has indicated that these will be released someday, probably in .pdf format.  So, hopefully we will all have a chance to get copies, someday...

A little known fact to those who may be new to the site, the author of the PDFs is an accountant if I am not mistaken, and this is tax season in the States so he is extremely busy.  I do not pretend to speak for him but I imagine he will be extremely busy until at least early May.

He usualy starts to get busy in Dec and that runs until about May.

There are things planned from him.. I for one cant wait!!
