I love my Chronopia, it was actually my first miniature game.

And just for you, here are some WIP pictures of my Elven Home.

EDIT:  See the Elven House thread for details.

Currently, my wife is braiding wire to make the hand rails for the walkway (God, I love that woman) and I am cutting the "wood" trim and then will be cutting the roof shingles, which will be cut as Dragonscale.

Here is an update on the house, I have done most of the roof, I need to do the corner pieces on teh rear, as well as a topper.  There shall also be a chimney that is currently not present.  The railing and wall detail is still being worked on.  The wife got rather sick so I haven't had a ton of time.  All the roof was cut out while watching Smallville (Season 1 for $20, I figured, how bad can it be, I am liking it so far)

EDIT:  See Elven House thread for details.

Though I realized I forgot something very important.  I forgot a door to the upstairs, so I am gonna fake it onto the front, and try to get it look like it belongs sticking out.

Well, I did the Keeper of the Flame leader in the House of the Howling Moon style, I think she came out great, however, I had a horrid time photographing her, and I am not sure why.

She looks a bit better in person, she looks a bit washed out here.

I've had pics like that where the subtle blend is completely destroyed by the lighting or the exposure or something.

I am pretty happy about the colors, I didn't have to go outside my normal library for my Howling Moon figures, and at the same time, they look very Helios.  I am going to be doing figures from all the houses in these colors so I can play any army I want with little effort.  I even thought about theming my Swampies in a similar fashion, but I don't think I will.

Once I finish this unit, I'll try to get an army shot or two.

Here are a few new shots, I did up an Axemen and a Lotus Guard, the Lotus Guard is just a test piece for now.  He turned out alright, but I am not certain I like him yet.

Believe it or not, the skin tone is really easy.

Folk Art Medium Gray highlighted with a concrete gray color (not sure of the brand as the label is destroyed, the paint must be a good 5 years old though)  Eyes are white.

Man, I'm on a roll, here is the Crystal Knight, I just finished.

I am really happy with his backpiece.  The shading turned out quite well.

Shameless thread update.

I started doing my Dragonbane Warkiller today, but had to post the Bane himself as I am so exceited about him and know the rider may take a little while.

So, check him out, I am pretty proud of everything about this figure (save the basing, lol) probably one of my best mounts EVAR!!!11one

The Kanji on the banner says Howl Moon, so Howling Moon.  And the Kanji on his leg says Curse or Disaster, which was as close to Bane as I could come.  I figure that is the Dragonbanes name.
