Who owns the rights to Mutant Chronicles RPG?

Does Excelsior own the rights to the MC RPG lisence?  I know there's a Yahoo! Group about it, but are there plans to re-launch it?

I know that there was some talk of this on the old forums.  I am pretty sure that EE has the rights but it is a back burner project.

I know that you're not the only one.   As mentioned before, there was some talk of this on the old forums, some of it from myself. However, no matter how many pens we have I don't see this coming to fruition until some other projects are finished up.  It's the, "too many irons in the fire" sort of thing.
