What kind of problem is he having? Where is he getting stuck? What error message(s)?
I'll be glad to help out if I can....

Have him go to Control Panel, Internet Options.  On the first tab, clear cookies, files and history.   If he is using IE 7, there is a single clean up button, somewhere....

Then, go to the content tab, click the auto-complete button and clear all passwords.   He may have an incorrect password that IE has "remembered" for him.

Hope that helps.

Has he tried going through the forgotten password procedure at login? Remember passwords are case sensitive....
If that doesn't help, perhaps one of the mods can reset the password?

Interesting conundrum there...

I believe only Lance and Thom have admin powers.  Lance is non-existant on the boards, and Thom forgot HIS password.  Kinda leaves us in a pinch.  Coil and I only have limited admin powers.  :-\

I'm Back!!!!!!!!!!!   took me a while to get this to work out.  Also, I am having some marital issues which means I won't be on as much as I used to for a while.  Thnaks to Troy for the assist and to all who tried to help.  I'll be back to posting all my annoying questions and what ifs as soon as possible.

Troy, why didn't you post the Helios/CL vs. Firstborn fight?  That was a great game, for me atleast.
Its not the dog in the fight, its the fight in the dog!
