Parrying Claw

What damage does the Shadow Stalker's parrying claw do, or is it just a defensive measure?  And that being the case, is the minus one to DEF already in the model's profile, or do you add that?  I was consulting the armory and haven't figured it out.

As I read it, the -1 to CC for enemies is not part of DEF calculation...the Stalker has a Def of -2 and an additionally -1 to CC modifier....Units with the SA Feint would negate the DEF but the -1 to CC would still apply...

Exactly correct. Since Feint applies to DEF only, not CC bonuses/penalties. Even when facing someone with Feint, the Stalker still gets the +1 CC, and the opponent still takes a -1 penalty.
