Stats generator/constructor

I have seen a lot of home made profils for new or original models.
So how the cost of models are computed ? The formula for the cost of stats and special rules are available somewhere ?

apperently there is no rubic behind the values, however..

Hello and welcome.  As NoTrollNick stated there is no "rubric" for Chronopia.  As of right now its all best guess.
