I would describe it as in very good condition. There are 4 broken tracks, but one is very minor. I do not have the pieces (I planned on just using green stuff to fix them). It is assembled, but I left all of the turrets loose (so they could be turned/repositioned)...so the only thing really glued is the sides onto the body.
