Empire Chronopia?

Can anyone tell me whatever happened with the Empire Chronopia 10mm rules and figures.  I know it was suppose to be released back in the late 90s.  Just wondering as I had a promo figure from DragonCon and all the old articles showed some really kewl looking figures.

I was there in 97.  If you look in the old Chronicles mag #3, it shows a game fairly well developed and ready to go on-line.  I got my hands on just one 10mm infantry fig, Devout, they were giving away as promos.  All I remember is that target was coming out with this game at about the same time GW was launching Warmaster.  Even if the game never came out, I'd love to get my hands on some of the figs.

Being one of 2 people who ran demos of empire at Gencon, I really have to say that the rules for the game were not very good.

They were overly simplistic (except for combat which had too, too many modifiers and calculations), didn't take into account terrain, and were strategically inflexible.

When the game does make an appearance, expect a full re-write from the ground up.
