I'll echo and elaborate on LAWwaldo's comments, Muawijhe is really a very fast army, but there is a noteworthy Schism between the styles of its troops, Fast CC. One of the first decisions you will have to make is regarding your grunt squads: Karnophages are very quick, but without support they're just fast moving bullet catchers, they don't have the armor to close over any open field at all. I find the screaming legionaires to be a mixed bag as well, the range on thier SA makes it more a defense against a CC opponent than an offensive tactic, I've never really been able to use it effectively. Furthermore being Necroorganic means no MP, or wait which is a pretty big deal, you also have to deal with the loss of an action should your Soulslayer leader get taken out, but he does have more armor and mutliple wounds which helps. If you take screaming legionaires make sure to get the flamer specialist.
As to your elite choices they're all great. The biggest limitation of the Immaculate Furies is that they have only shotguns and limited speed to get into position, this is made up for by the leader and Imperceptor's Nazgaroth. They're esspecially good in scenarios where your on the defensive. Soulslayers are awsome, with their speed and effective use of cover you can get this guys into CC without too much difficulty and once they're there, th-th-th-thats all folks.
For Individuals, Joe is right the Angel of Mercy is your friend, theirs nothing more annoying than being charged out of stalk by the lurking angel, then having your troopers on wait take shot at him only to see him vanish again. The Doomsday Proclaimer can be useful because he has the speed and mobility to keep up with a fast strike army, and his special ability can help keep any karnophages you may have brought along panic free, which you'll need since as I mentioned if they ever get caught in a firing lane they become fast moving bullet catchers in a hurry. The nepharite of Muawijhe is a monster inside of short range and some of the spells can be nasty against low leadership armies like capitol.
Support, the heavy hitters of the force. The Ezoghoul is awsome. Secondary attack, fast enough to outpace a hurricane walker, a weapon with ROF, plus the armor and wounds to take a bit of the fire that is sure to be concetrated on him. Add the abilty to launch smoke, and you've got an excellent utility support. I've never tried the drop pod but I think with the fast movement and decent damage of the Karnophage you could potentially make an effective flanking manuever by dropping this behind your enemy's lines, in the same section that your fast movers are charging from the front, but I think this will be too expensive to be worthwhile.
One of my Favorite tactics is to spearhead a charge of Karnophages and a doomsday proclaimer with a smoke throwing Ezoghoul, the high armor of the Ezoghoul plus the cover of the smoke allows the karnophage to live long enough to get into CC.
