Not to my knowledge. The Stealthy unit is represented by the card, and the cards moves as the unit until spotted, or it leaves stealth. In either case, the unit is deployed, and may not re-enter steath mode for the rest of the game.
  I may be mistaken , but cant a unit with stealth return to stealth if it can remove itself from the enemys LOS.

No they can't. Stalking models can. One problem here is that the spotted squad has lost their concealed status to only those models that are aware of them ... in essence a squad is "concealed" from some enemies and "revealed" to some.
