Hm.. The pictures are promising and consider to place my first order..

It seems the lansraad troopers are the 19th Silents (I wonder where the leader is coming from...) But I could not identify what the Guarddroid supposed to be. Any ideas..?

If the leader looks like the greens posted at a sister site to the cataloge, it looks like a Landsraad with Coral Beach's face.

The musculature on the Deathseekers is off, but when painted and put next to the Blackbloods, they look great and it's nice to see them on the board.  My order got here fast even though shipping was HIGH.  At least speed was the order of the day.  Best of luck to Francesco and thanks for putting out these models.

Ciao.

They have some Dwarf Crossbowmen coming out that will make very nice Jackal Clan proxies.
Where can we see these at?

Hey Glenn--I think on their Italian language forum they have a shot of one (static pose), but the others were going to be more dynamic.

WORD OF ADVICE: Wait 'til you have the means to get the Deathseekers, Dragonskull warrior stand-ins, maybe the Obsidian Guard (just for the back banner--it's not much better than the original), Jackal Crossbows and anything else that strikes your fancy.  Shipping was 40$!!!!!  I made sure to order more as I was already getting worked over on shipping.

The sculpts are okay.  Not terrific, not balls out terrible, but for those fans of the games wanting to see a half decent sculpt on their gaming table, why not support this guy and see his talents grow.  They're at least looking the part.

I love the figs but I will need some justfication to spend 40 bucks on shipping even if it is from Europe.  :(

Now that it's out there, I got two of each Deathseeker, three two packs of the Dragonskulls, and one Obsidian Guard.  Mind you, this was for a late Christmas present, which I then had two of the Deathseekers pro-painted for my usual opponent for his Blackblood Army.  The money was well spent for the surprise factor.  Dropped them on Saturday at the last gathering and he was quite happy.

Yeah I noticed the shipping, I will not be purchasing them solely due to the outrageous shipping costs, he'll need to get a US distributor

And Dragonskulls, where?

I would talk to some smaller companies like Rattlehead games and see if he'd want to carry them.

WOW  :o

Those look great.

Anyways, I emailed Rattlehead games about the Cyclop's Forge, you may want to do the same, let's give the guy a little support and maybe we can get the figures stateside easier.  Anyways, here is a copy of the email I sent and the response.

Hi, I just saw a small company out of Italy has started up, however they
have no distributors stateside.  Thought I might email you their website and
see if maybe you would want to carry them.  Though I haven't ordered from
you you have a fantastic reputation especially for working with the little
guys.
Part of the reason I suggest this is that it would seem mutually beneficial
as his shipping is very high to the US, so much so that an order I would
like to make will most likely never happen until he gets a distributor.

Hi! Thanks for the heads up! I like some of these sculpts. A few are a touch
rough, but they show a lot of originality. I especially like the
Guardroid...

I might be interested in adding these guys to the catalog. I've had some
rough times with a few overseas producers due to the exchange rate and
shipping costs. For example, with FreeBooter, we really liked their products
but there wasn't enough demand to justify the enormous shipping cost for the
small orders we generally place with manufacturers.

That said, I'll give these guys a look and consider them carefully. If we DO
add them to the catalog, there will be an announcement on TMP!

Thanks again! It's much appreciated!

Brandon

So hopefully they'll get in touch and work something that benefits them both out, like Rattlehead making some money and Cyclop's getting a lot of new sales due to larger audience.

Later,
Glenn

I got the Dragonskull proxies because Francesco sent me an email telling me he had them.  They're a little slow on getting the webstore together, but they've got'em.

I was quite shocked about the shipping costs as well, even if not that far from Italy.
It is the registered international air mail package with all extras. They work on other possible posting options.

We`ll see how it works out.
