FT: Large Horned Ones Army w. Totem
« on: January 22, 2007, 02:14:11 PM »
Hey everyone,

I've got a rather large Horned Ones force that I'm looking to trade.  My want list follows.  A few of these figures have been assembled, but, unless otherwise stated, all are still bare metal.  The army includes:

21 Horned Ones Spearmen (3 boxes worth)
14 Horned Ones Legionnaires (2 boxes worth)
14 Axe Horn Warriors (2 boxes worth) (7 figures painted)
16 Warshields (2 boxes worth + extra standard bearer and musician)
4 Horned Raiders
2 Horned Skull Champions
1 Flame Thrower Team
1 Keeper
1 Horned One Totem + alternate head w. open mouth

I know the Horned One Totem is a rather hard figure to get, but I'm not interested in parting him or any other pieces out from the lot as I don't want to be stuck with any stragglers that couldn't alone constitute a functional force.

In trade I'm looking for any of the following:

Sons of Kronos:
Aonbarr Horse Warrior
Monarch
Resculpted Viridian Lords
Resculpted Hearthguard
Slingers

Capitol:
Original Capitol Special Forces (now Free Marines and Admiral Colby's Guard)

Other:
1/144 scale Heavy Gear models (not the original HO scale RAFM figs)
Heavy Gear sourcebooks
Metal Blood Bowl Teams (except Human and Ork)
Epic 40,000 miniatures

Alternatively, I'd be open to the idea of simply selling the lot if an interested party doesn't have any of the above figures available.  I've got nothing but positive reviews on eBay as well as Bartertown (akanous on the former and kman on the latter).

Any other questions, please ask.

Regards,
Alex

Hey Alex I wonder fi you know they just came out with a new rule book(heavy gear blitz). with new source books to fellow (north book is out now)  Rules are different and many feel way better (simipler version of the old rules set).

Masher,

Not only am I aware of the new Blitz rules, I have a budding collection of the newly resculpted figures.  ;D  I've got to say that I've become something of a fan all over again.  The desire for older HG books is primarily just for background reference and the figs are to fill out a line that hasn't been fully resculpted yet, as the scale has been maintained.  Thanks for the information though!

Troy, check for a PM.
