went and got my Mishima sourcebook.
all gigameks are custom built. some are squat, some are tall. the stats given are for the "Smiter of Foes". it does not give a height, but it weighs 100 tons, has a crew of 8, moves at 50mph and has a 14 inch cannon, a giant chainsword and a cruise missile launcher.
the picture that takes up most of the page is not the "Smiter" (different weapons loadout) but the imperial infantry that are running from it are at or a little above "ankle" height on it.
