while prone in cc, do i need to break away to be able to regain stand or mp position?

I dont believe so. I think all you have to do is spend 1 action to stand but you would still be in CC.

You can't break while prone.  You can mostly just lay there and take it.

like Dragon62 said, you can stand, but you'll still be in CC

We had another tournament 2 days ago and a few questions came up. I'm trying to figure out everything before the next tournament, planned for the end of the month.

I still linger here once in awhile chribu.  I'd be happy to help answer as much as I can.  I've been on a hyatus recently dealing with some personal issue but I got back in the saddle this weekend by playing two games.

Thanx for your concern.  All I'll say is her loss is the forums gain.  Now if I can only convince myself of that.  ;)
