Donīt see why it should not. If you want some rational explanation: Since undead skeletons have no real eyes, we can assume they are granted vision by magic, which may be as susceptible to illusion as normal sight. (If it wasnīt equivalent to normal vision, they would probably have "soul sight".)

Now if the same spell was cast on a unit of Dark Eyes, this could be a case for debate, since their "soul sight" is not the ordinary vision of mortals, and arguably they should be able to see those illusions for what they are. Then again, maybe Yellow Lotus magic affects their special sense just the same way it does normal sight. Who knows?

In Chronopia Undead Risen are immune to missile weapons, and the way the rules work it could say "immune to magic". If so any/all spells would not effect them, but there is no rule that says 'immune to illusion' spells as magic is not defined in that way, though in games like D&D it is. Risen would be effected, and think of it as whatever allows them to see, that is effected.

You could potentially add Immune to Yellow Lotus magic for example, but again, it would be strange. They also have Magic Resistance, so as you can see it is either 'magic' or no, and if magic then type of spell list: Fire Lotus magic for example or Chronomagic (or whatever the firstborn spells are called)
