Prodos now has their own forum. We're keeping the lights on here, and not chasing anyone away, but I do suggest the people clamoring for new models from Prodos go straight to the man, so to speak, at this joint:
http://www.forum.warzonegame.com/index.php
These forums will remain open for discussion of the older versions of the games and any upcoming stuff, and remain the forums for Cauldron Born, Four A, Forge of Ice, and Ghamak miniatures.
Of course you can post anything about the Warzone Resurrection you like too. Battle reports, painting, or anything you like, but keep in mind that Prodos is an entirely new company and you can help them most under their own roof.
One last thing. If you can keep your forum handle the same, do it!! I'm old and can't remember anything as it is, and it's nice to see familiar names.

I've logged onto there I hope it means that this forum still gets visited a lot as its nice to talk about the older minis like my current painting challenge but it will be nice to get playing Warzone on a regular basis again in any version as my previous opponents moved to Japan, USA & Australia honestly it was nothing I said ;D ::)
-
I've created an account there.
Same name.
-
We'll be here. We're even mentioned on the video that Rob Alderman posted on youtube. Keep on painting and throwing dice!!
-
Think we should open Warzone Ressurection sub-section of the forum for the Prodo-ites?
-
Like Topkick's suggestion
-
That os a good idea. I joined the Produs Forum (same name) but I hope this forum will be still alive.
Especially we will still play in the UWZ.
-
Good question Topkick. We never split the games into older editions. People just tagged their post with 1st edition, etc. We should consider this.
-
We have always been inclusive but I'm not getting that vibe from Prodos and that is understandable....they are launching a new version and want to concentrate on the issues and feedback. Giving them a specific section may help with that
-
I signed up as well and have been reading their battle reports. :)

It sways really now on Kickstarter and it seems that a lot of people switch down their pledge levels.
I think we need to get the necromutants upp to Razide level, either through a new free Doomtroper mini when we reach 200% or £ 75,000
But I think we need better pledge levels and clearer targets, a few percent here or there does not matter ( Is what i think) but I think most people want is new exclusiva KS minis.

Agreed with the slightly less confusing %off etc, I'm not sure about anything Kickstarter only minis as imaging turning up for a tournament and you have the Kickstarter only mini which gives you an advantage.
-
it's either a Limited Collectors Mini or if it will be used in the game, thay will of course make a new variant of it that is available to all.

If Rob or Prodos responded to the multiple request threads that micmellon started, and our community chimed in on, then I would be considering a separate section at this time. I think their forums are still the best place to make requests, in their house. This could all change down the line of course.

Hi all,
Just a small note, I had not seen the other posts until today! I hadn't released there was more than the main one focussed on WZR.! I have seen them now and appreciate all the ideas and comments. As with everything they will be absorbed over the next few days and incorporated where we can.
Oh and another note, we really thank the forum administrators and users here for your support. The positive nature of the reaction we have had here has really been appreciated by us. And your inclusion of us has been really kind! I will continue to visit this forum on a more than daily basis

Hey Mark! Thank You for being willing to listen. I think that the changes you have made to the Hussars, and some of the other concept pieces show that you value our feedback.
As "free consultants" you are getting the combined experience of some very good people, who love the game.
The new Hussar figures look much better with the spike, gasmask and true shoulder armor. The B-Hood Justicator looks downright bad-a$$. New Chasseurs - great looking, and I like the variety of heads! New Vulkan looks good. Undead Legionaires look good...and I think they will be a great platform to bash up some unique mobs! Some of these show that our feedback was valued and used. Kudos!
Now, hopefully, Prodos will become a multi-national gaming corporation worth billions and billions! Well, OK, you can start with a good launch, and a solid line-up of good figures. One step at a time... :)

Well we're hoping to be with WZR for the long haul.........

I keep my fingers crossed!
There was quite a creative group behind UWZ and some extra models later. Some of these guys still frequent the forums...

Wow. I haven't been on the forum for many years now but it looks like it is still going strong. I looked it up when I found out about the kick starter for the new revision and to see if any of the old regulars from here were involved. Prodos would be silly to not learn from both UWZ and the work of the folks who have kept WZ alive here.
My biggest concern is game shops all seem pretty fed up with MC. I hope they give this new startup a fair chance :)

I'd say that when the starter sets are released, it would be a good oppurtunity to ressurect the Freelancer program to try to entice new players back to Warzone with demos at the LFGS or the various cons.

Hi There. We are getting a lot of support from the old Guard and obviously have strong links with Paradox, the licence owners. We have people from this forum sculpting and writing for us. So as with the imagery, game mechanics and fluff it is a great mix of old and new.
