Title: Hurricane Walker FS
Post by: Mark Theurer on April 11, 2009, 07:18:46 AM
Hi all,

I have a decent tabletop quality painted Hurricane Walker (one of three, but keeping the other two) that I'll post a pic of later today.  What's a good ballpark price for it nowadays?

A non-assembled non-painted hurricane walker in it's original box went for about £116. But I think that was mainly because it still was "new" in box. Or just a lucky strike for the seller.

Yeah, I saw that one and was amazed  :o

I'm not looking for crazy money, just what the market will reasonably bear is all.

i think one reason that one went so high was that i put a max bid right below that amount just to keep from being outbid, not because i thought it would go that far. some dude wanted it more than my max bid though which was nuts.

i still hope it stubs his toe.

wasn't that Walker also an unique version? I saw some other older walker auctions at  25 £

I am sure it will find a good home on this board.
