Hey! I'm new in Chronopia, but I've already played my first battle. My name is Rafal Maj. I'm very exited about Chronopia. I've played Warhammer so far, but recently I've noticed that chronopia is still alive and I joined! Here is what I'm going to colect for Blood Bones (I'm going to collect several other armies but I want to start with this one):
- Mauler
- 5 Legion (Leader, 2 Gauntlet, 2 Flayers)
- 5 Axemen (Leader, 4 Axewarriors)
- 4 Warhammers
And thats all. It's 500pts army. I already have axemen and legion and I've just bought vulture mallet warriors that would be converted into warhammers (probbably some helmet conversions, shoes, shoulderpads. and I'll try to cut off feathers as they are not good for BB Clan). I'm going to buy mini for Mauler conversion soon.
I'll be posting here any painted minis, as well as on my blog.

We look forward to seeing more!
-
Nice to here of more dwarves being used.Looking forward to seeing the force take shape.
-
Welcome aboard. I'll show you pics of my conversion for the Mauler if you're interested. He's known as "Give us a hug." ::)
-
I'm looking forward to see your conversion. I'm looking for inspiration as I havent seen many Maulers.
-
Welcome to the boards.

Here are Dwarves ready for undercoating! Because there will be a lot of metal areas I'll prime it black.

This is Legion unit. I'm going to make some more Clawsmen so I may field them as Flayers. Also, I'm going to make a Standard Bearer (from Gauntlet warrior) for ths Legion unit. Leader is on cork, so he is a bit more standing out, and even player that do not know whole range of Chronopia will easily note that he's in command here.

Axemen! Nothig will ever change here. This unit is perfect. There was a broken mini so I fixed it with Green Stuff. Axe Leader is also on cork.

Yeeeehaw! Warhammers! Those are heavy armored troops with huge hammers! I used Vulture Clan Mallet Warriors. I've changed shoulder pads, helmets, mallets and feets. Hope you like them! This is my fvourite unit so far!

Ther is no Mauler yet. I've thought that I could sculpt him, but I've decided to convert Vulture Taloon Lord into Mauler. I'll make conversion as soon as I get mini (I've just ordered him from princeaugust.ie). Next you'll see painted minis. Stay Tuned.
-
Go Rafal!! You've entered the league of extraordinary converters, and there's a few of us on this site.
-
Great stuff, i've always found it difficult to do conversion work but you've done a great job here i can't wait to see them all finished.
-
Wow, very nice. I like the war hammers. Good to see some conversions. I kinda feel like busting some watermelons now....
-
I dont know how I missed the update to this thread. The Dwarves look great. The Warhammers are amazing.
-
This guy's been around the block, but "Give us a Hug" still keeps on fighting:

Alright!! I see you used the Keeper model for the conversion. How much of the arms are parts, and if so, where from, and how much is your greenstuff fu????
-
The miniature just had the weapons cut off then space marine combat knives glued together and attached.Only used a little green stuff for the straps.
-
The Clan has grown to:
- Keeper
- Blood Totem
- Mauler
- Legion (Leader, Standard, 4 Clawsmen, 2 Gauntlets)
- Axes (Leader, 4 Axes)
- Warhammers (4 Hammers)
Thats 800 (including standard of concealment for legion which is great for damn orc shooters)
I do not have all minis yet. On monday I'll get another axe champpion (to make him mauler). and probably after wednesday I'll have dark tusk totem and a keeper. I'm going to resculpt totem. Mainly head to make it more bear-like (not beer like!). Also I'm thinking of some bigger claws and a shoulder pad. Also I didn't make standard yet, but I'll do it as i have almost all components needed. Photos Soon.
-
Great news.Looking forward to seeing what you do with the Totem.
-
Keep us posted with pics. Thanks

Pictures are repaired so yu can see them.
Rest of arms will be sculpted from GS. Also claws on gauntlet would be sculpted from GS.
-
I can't see the pics!! Are you using photobucket or an outside picture site?
-
Nice conversions.Like the base you have done using cork.
-
Slammin'!! Your Mauler is being made from the same model I converted, but yours is going to look serious. Mine are quite cartoony, but I still love them. :D
This is a project I will be watching intently. manic_miner is another conversion nut for Chronopia, and Veez does some for Warzone. Both are excellent, and it looks like yours will be among the elite!!
-
Great job!! Man those are good looking conversions!
-
:o Oh my goodness that is very good! Kudos to you sir, well done.
-
I've made some chainmail on arms and I've sculpted fingers on left fist.

Thanks! Good words makes me wanna finish him now, but I have to wait as putty dries up.
-
Oh yeah!! Looking good. I remember converting mine, and there's the fact that you have two right hands and you have to change one. I just covered one over with greenstuff, but seeing yours, I may have to try another.
Cheers.
-
The conversions are seemless. You seem to have a talent for this dude!
-
More applause!
-
I have to copy your good ideas. ;)
Bravo.

Well done.
