Title: Fear - Dread - Horror -- Questions
Post by: Firstborn on November 17, 2008, 01:38:09 PM
If a model is immune to fear, is it also immune to dread?

Was an "official" explanation ever provided for this?

No it is not.

If you want to be Immune to Dread I suggest investing in the Indomitable Will special ability. :)

If a model is immune to fear then it treats the effects of Dread as if it were fear, and the effects of Horror as if they were Dread.  Page 77 on the bottom right.

Good clarification DoW. The morale rules section for Chronopia is really quite good and so far it has held up to all sorts of questions. :)

Also, it is worth mentioning that when a model is "beserk" they are immune to all morale effects of fear, dread, and horror.  They essentially gain indomitable will temporarily.
