Hmm, I was recently turned on to RPGBomb, which is essentially Mysapce, but specifically for gamers, I haven't messed with it too much yet, but yeah, it seems interesting. If you sign up, tell em TheFacelessKing sent ya, and add me to your friends.

Well, I'm in. I'm a little overwhelmed at all they've got goin' on over there. I think it will be a nice resource for us, and will prolly get more traffic this way.
Is it just me or do we have more people checkin' out our forums and joining up?
-
I think our numbers are growing as we cross-polinate with other organizations.
Meanwhile, a little something I put together for thost of you familiar with AYBABTO:

Some of you who read TMP might have seen that I've started up my own miniatures company - the "Forge of Ice". I'll be producing miniatures slowly - this will be a part-time business for me, funded mostly out of my tips from the bar (I work as a bouncer in a bar), probably not more than four or six figures a year, and no rules (at least not in the near future). I've had ideas for miniatures floating around in my head for years, and I finally realized that with a little money, time, and effort I could make them a reality. Sandra Garrity and Dan Martinez (Cacique Caribe from TMP) have sculpted/are sculpting my first releases. I will also very soon be releasing something that should be of interest to Chronopia players.
Everything (that I have planned so far) will be 28m scale, just like the Chronopia/Wargods/Reaper figures I love so much, mostly with a sword-and-sorcery flavor probably inspired more by He-Man and Thundarr cartoons and Conan comic books, more than by Tolkien.
I'll post updates as often as they're warranted.

Can't wait to see what you put out!
-
thumbs up Alex! :)

Looking forward to seing what you offer. Did you settle on Forge of Ice over Frozen Forge? I was following the thread on TMP for a bit.
-
How'd I miss this????????/ Go Alex!!
-
Very, very cool. Love the dream Bro!!! I like the Thundarr aspect you mentioned. Can't wait to see.
-
I'm sticking with Forge of Ice. That's what the business license is in the name of, and I don't mind cheezy.
I suppose I can make a semi-official announcement here - the third or fourth mini I'll be releasing (it's just barely started being sculpted, really only an armature at the moment, so it'll probably six months before it's in metal) will be a "Mutant Terror Bird". It'll look a lot like this:

Thanks for posting the image, Coki.

Looks very chronopia-esque. Of course it would also do for Mishiman Cave Dragons.

Yeah, Adrian Smith's concepts for the Vulture Clan Blood Totems are too cool to be left unrealized.
