Is there a reason only some of the minis are listed as " 4 or more for $3 each". Will that deal eventually encompass all grunt and elite core troops ?

Its actually in the process of being set up for all grunt squads. Pretty much anything that was a 4 pack. It will work when you buy 2 of more of a grunt. So they equal out to the price of the 12 pack.
