Title: Elven Swords and Spears (Pretty bad quality, sorry)
Post by: Glenn M on June 17, 2007, 05:04:58 PM
Here are some elves I have had laying around, I tried taking pics with my camcorder, which explains the crappy quality.  I'll try and do better soon.

They're not too bad.  Clear enough to get an idea of the colors used.  I like that the armor has gold highlights, not just iron.

No the armor doesn't have gold highlights, I am trying to figure out how that happened.  I'll have my sister come over with her amazingly good camera after I get the swordsmen unit finished.  Then I'll get some nice pictures.  I am also doing a pair of Lotus Eaters, an official one, and a Reaper figure that looks to be about right for scale and style.

Yeah, they look a lot better in the flesh, I have a full unit of spears done already, but not swords, they are getting there slowly.  The Lotus Eater looks pretty good, though I had to play with the colors a bit.  He should be done fairly soon though.
I'd say I'll have much better pics in a week or so.
