Title: Unknown capitol figure

I got this figure at Origins '05, its a capitol fig, with a jetpack and what looks like a flamethrower and an assault rifle.
Can I get the stats and a picture?

If it has horns on the helmit it's the Wailing Banshee Captain if not it's the WB LFT Specialist.

If anyone would know Capitol (and most others, for that matter) it would be Phil (dragon62).
