Sounds like you guys had a hell of a good time. I was hoping you guys might chime in and let the rest of us know what faction you ran, maybe a list of your forces, and a brief description of a battle? I am very curious to know what Thom ran, I think I remember somebody saying Stygian(?). Oh, I wouldn't mind it if you could tell me a story and sing me a song to, that would just rock!!!! ;D

Make no mistake, Thom had two Hammerheads on the board, and an Ophidian, and the Desert Crawler. My Vulture Clan Dwarves had a shot at an early advantage, when I flew the Totem all the way into his flying Ophidian, and promptly 20'd out. He easily ended up attacking it back and bringing a hammerhead to bear on it because of the height he had his flyer. A bold move on my part, and a bad die roll spelled the difference. His grunts moved behind cover making my Crossbows useless, and then when the swarm hit, the Desert Crawler popped up and wreaked havoc. I managed to bring down one hammerhead, the Ophidian, the Crawler and a good number of grunts, but he had one Hammerhead left, and a few grunts, wiping me out! I almost pulled a fast one on him, when I told him on the phone that I would give him a grudge match, as if I had won! We had a lot of laughs and I look forward to my Vultures feeding on those reptiles at a near date.
I had a squad of 3 swordsmen, 4 gauntlets and leader.
5 Vulture Mallets
6 Vulture Crossbows
1 Talon Lord
1 Keeper
1 Vulture Totem--proxied with a plastic D&D Vrock model--it's a pretty good model to use for that troop.
Cheers.
