burning question
« on: July 24, 2006, 05:16:27 PM »
ok heres my question

The wolfpack can freely from wolfpack and IMDF.
does IMDF troops count towards wolfpack support choices.

This reminds me of the old dark legion debate. I would be incline to say yes it does but I was told at DEXCON this isnt the cause.
Did thom or anyone form EE (rules mods count too  ;)) ever address this.

I need to know as I'm forming my dream Imperial list.   ;D

Of course IDMF grunts count towards Wolfpack support, there are no Wolfpack grunts.  Even Wolfbairn and Wolfbane Commandos are IDMF units, therefore if IDMF units wouldn't qualify you for Wolfpack support then it would be impossible to field the Fenris or Necromower, as there are no Wolfpack grunts.

Its the same with Bauhaus and the Homebuilder Protectorate and the Elector Dukes.

Perhaps too good an opportunity to pass up. :)

They are grunts, but they're IDMF grunts.  As I said there are no grunts on the Wolfpack list.

Probably not 1000 points, unless I proxy a bunch of dogs, that is.

That's so cool.  1000 points of swarming dogs!  Not as good as swarming undead children, though.  Now, that's just sick and twisted.

"Allright, men!!", "Fir..."  "NNNNOOOOO, it's little Timmy!!!"  ...rushes forward to hug the zombie kid only to be swarmed and clubbed to death by... childrens rattles.

Morbidly hilarious!
