Alright, so typically across the board, mounted troops like the Kutara Lancer and Dragonbane Warkiller are broken down so that the mount has two actions and the rider has three. This gives the option of using that third action for use of Rally, Commanding Presence, etc.
My question is this. Can the third action of the rider simply be used for another close combat attack? Example: Dragonbane warkiller--leap lance and Dragonbane bite kill an Ogre Elite on their collective first action. Leap lance and Dragonbane bite only manage to put one wound on another Ogre Elite. Can the rider use his third action to try to swing his sword and finish off the Ogre?
Or is this third action reserved only for giving orders?
