Swamp goblins "Chant spell"

Hy guys. I was reading again carefully the swamp goblins, ready to field them for the Italian Chronopia Club meeting of this weekend (where we'll be 12 players having ALL of the armies in play)  8)

Reading at page 350, I wonder if I always misunderstood the "Chant" spell, underestimating it's power. It seems indeed that the effect should not be for a single unit, up to 20 inches and Los far... but it affects ALL of the goblin units in a 20 inches radius from the shaman... am I right? This would change A LOT my opinion about this spell...

Delthos:
Yes, it says "Any Swamp Goblin units within the range of his voice..." It is plural so not just one unit within range of his voice.
