Allowing new members

I had not checked in on this board in years.  Luckily I still had my old login data.  I noticed that there are many guests every time I log in.  Is there any way to reopen the forum to new posters?  Is it locked?  Thanks!

when i check in from work i dont usually log on, and appear as just a guest. not that i check in from work.

I don't think it's locked-- you just have to write the admin guys and request membership.

That's good.  I noticed there are 18 guests and us two members on right now.
