Is there a list of missing figures?
« on: May 17, 2014, 04:55:27 PM »
I compiled one many years and several laptops ago.  It's not that hard to just dig through Chronopia World for the "No figures available" entries, but is there a list that anyone is a aware of?  Also seems like Prince August is missing some things. Any idea what's going on there? Are they just not replacing molds?

I don't think Prince August has any molds, they're just selling off old stock.

Is that what they're doing? Huh.  So then everything is pretty much gone for good them.

Don't take for certain this information, but I think Prince August built some molds on the models he had in stock. There are some pieces sold in plastic "huose made" bags, that lead me to think like this.
But this means anyway that very rare figures are not available.

I know some private tried to reproduce some piece in resin, obtaining molds from the ones in metal, but the result was not so cool (they told it. I never seen the pieces).

Now... if you want a list of the figures undone, you should specify if this is intended to know if the minis were MADE in an absolute sense (they do exist, even if incredibly rare) or if they can be found. Because there is a great difference between.

The plastic mini's are the bag of miniatures from the box starter set. Bauhaus and Imperial troops. I don't think prince august will risk litigation by replicating the miniatures.

I think some of the miniatures from Prince August are in plastic baggies as the blister packs have split with time.

From that view, Buzzu, the EE figures are harder to get because no one has old stocks.

I think there's a misunderstanding. Prince August solds no plastic minis. They are metal ones, in plastic bags.

Since The original molds have been melted after the failure act of the original company, he risks nothing in duplicating them.

Anyway, I'm only supposing it.

The plastic miniatures mentioned are the Warzone Bauhaus and Imperial one's.They never did plastics for Chronopia. Some of the blister packs had split with age so they have put the miniatures into grip seal bags.

Looks like they are trying to get rid of all of the stock they now have.

The EE one's are harder to get as the range was not sold in many stores.A real shame as there are some great pieces.

Are you thinking of doing some other pieces to fill in gaps Matt/Gubs?

I'm doing some stuff that may coincidentally happen to fill in a couple gaps.
