Kain Kin Tattoos (Ash Kin Stigmata, Cybernetic Enhancements) and Load outs

Is it possible to mix Kain Kin Tattoos (Ash Kin Stigmata, Cybernetic Enhancements ) and load outs?

For example the Extra Ablative Armor and the Black Heart Tattoo. Both gives AR+1. Do I get AR+2.

It is stated that the Tattoos and Stigmata are not commulative with special abilities and rituals but nothing about load outs.

Or can I add command helmets and squad comm links with binding stigmatas?

Or can I add Steel Skin Enhancements with Extra Ablative Armor to get AR+2?

I don't know maybe every case is different but I think they are all the same and there should be one standard rule for all these cases.

Are Cybernetic Enhancements and load outs commulative or not commulative with special abilities and supernatural powers like the Tattoos and Stigmatas?

Just on the cases with "Extra Ablative Armor" I'd say it stacks. Since "Extra Ablative Armor" is +1 AR vs Ballistic weapons and not in general.

No tribes may take any Corps loadouts; they are for corporations (hence the categorization as "Corps" loadouts).

For the same reason, no Dark Legion forces may take Corps loadouts.

Only in the case of Cybertronic may Corps loadouts be combined with enhancements, and then, they do, indeed, stack - albeit only for the specific circumstnaces (e.g.: Extra Ablative Armor will add +1 AR, but only against Ballistic Attacks).
