Hee hee! The little critter seems to be something like a diminutive beast of burden for the Alchemistīs paraphernalia note that it has a pannier on its back. I donīt think its presence or absence has any influence on the game, but itīs these little things that serve to make Blackblood culture more exotic.
I wouldnīt mind a game of "catch the Alchemistīs wayward familiar" if there are valuable healing herbs and potions in that backpack, Iīm positive that other parties would be interested too.
