Race to the Chariot Race
« on: May 05, 2011, 07:57:47 AM »
Okay, so last year I mentioned to Thom that THIS year I would have a Cryx chariot for the Chariot Race, and he said that he would hold me to that...guess what I don't have. So with a little more than a week to go, I need to build and paint a chariot for my Cryx for the Chariot race, because if I don't I know that as soon as Thom sees the chariot board he is going to say,"So, Sean, what ever happened to that Cryx chariot you were going to do?"

I know I can do this.  I just need help deciding on what should be pulling the Chariot and what the crew should be.  Right now the "front runners" for the "steeds" are a pair of Bonejacks (one Ripjaw http://www.thewarstore.com/product52429.html and one Defiler http://www.thewarstore.com/product58962.html ) or a single Slayer http://www.thewarstore.com/product21847.html.  The crew is either Mechanithralls http://www.thewarstore.com/product21852.html, a Necrotech and Scrap Thrall  http://www.thewarstore.com/product21845.html, or a mix of the two, with a possibility of three crew total.

What do you think?

I like the bonejacks and necro/scrap combo it would look pretty cool IMHO.

Always look out for number one, but don't step in number two.
What do you mean Flash Gordon approaching? OPEN FIRE!
The entire Capitol Army.
Don't ever say anything but a 20 before rolling the dice.

I'm still woefully behind in assembling mine.  Good luck with that.  I hope we both make it to the starting line this year.

Well with the Scrap Thrall I could go MarioCart on everyone and kick the Scrap Thrall out the back like a Bob-bomb.  Funny!

We'd love to have you over!!  All you need is airfare.  Free room and board, and more barbecue than you can eat!!  We were really spoiled this year.
